Personal Narrative: My Response To A Shoplifting Home
I responded to 100 Elba Hwy in reference to a shoplifting call. Upon arrival, I made contact with Devon Owens(manager). Owens advised that a black male came into the store around 1748 hours and walked out the store with unpaid merchandise. Owens pulled the video footage of the suspect. I identified the suspect as Renard Copeland. Copeland walked out the store with two cases of Coronas and one case of Budlight. Copeland had left scene prio to my arrival.
