Personal Narrative: My Mom Is My Hero
What pops into your mind when you hear the word hero? My mom, Wendy Crow and everything she does for me pops into my head. My mom grew up with two sisters on a farm with animals such as ostriches, chickens, and cows, so basically stinky animals. She seriously knows how to be patient and helpful. My mom works all day to make sure my brothers and I succeed and get what we need. My mom, Wendy is my hero because she is always patient, doesn’t give up on me, and then again, her and my dad works all day to support my family and I.
My mom is always there for me because… whenever I have a sports game she is always there supporting me and being my #1 fan. Whenever I’m sick or hurt, she is sure to be there right by my side no matter what. And loves me

It was impossible, there was no sword in the rock, nothing. I instantly knew just who had it. Back at the tourney, I decided on confronting the child and the knight that had the blade. But the sword was now just a normal blade exactly like mine. Was I insane? No, I knew what I had seen. I knew there was a ornate golden blade. I scanned the surrounding area searching for a sign of where the golden blade and the knight where. Finally I decided to just go down and run between the tents that held armour and weapons for the soldiers, and then finally the actual tourney. I then noticed the child returning looking prouder than ever. I confronted him trying to look like a stalwart knight. But I´d say I looked more like a coward, so he just ignored…

One kind of hero that exists all over the world is the everyday hero. The person that I consider my everyday hero is my mother. The qualities that make her my hero are her way of doing things, and also how she sacrifices herself for me. For example, she is responsible and shows her stronger side in front of us when we are facing difficult times. Also she is so lovely that almost everyone likes her when they meet her. She always says to me that her duties are to look after me but at the same time to give me the freedom to make mistakes and find bright sides of my mistakes. The way that she influences me is that I see that sometimes she leaves what she is doing for her to take care of me. Even though many people argue that heroes are not real, I will disagree with them because I believe that everybody has a hero who protects them and looks after them.…

They have been together since 5th grade, but they didn't actually start dating until their freshman year, shortly after graduation they were married. They always ask if we need money or anything for the sports we play, we are always the top priority. I do feel bad sometimes because I know I will never be able to pay back everything they've bought and done for me, but even if they never bought me or did anything for me I would still love them the exact same.…

My mom is my hero because she is strong, smart, funny, and most of all tolerant. those features help my mom in many ways in the world of parenting. When it says strong it doesn't mean muscle but it's more bravery to help people and her children with no fear. She is also smart and knows what to when in tough situations and/or times. A more not serious feature is her sense of humor,it may not help her very much but it helps when we are feeling down and helps make friends. Her last but most…

When I was a little girl, a hero meant having super powers and saving the world from villains as I saw in movies like Batman, Superman, and pretty much every superhero movie. As I grew up, I started realizing that being a hero meant more than that. It takes courage, strength, and bravery to do half the tasks those characters did in the movies. I honestly think the one person that comes closest to a hero would be my own mother. Not only does she exemplify the numerous amount of traits it takes to be called a hero, she had to go through so much to learn from her mistakes and become the woman she is today.…

It was a hot summer night in August. I could not sleep; I feared that the upcoming baby would steal my mom’s love from me. It is normal for children to desire their parents’ love and attention, especially for a kid like me who grew up with a single mom. At the age of four, my mom was my whole world. I thought she felt the same way until she announced that she would have a baby. I would not have accepted the fact that my mom could divide her love between me and my sister. However, when I observed my mom holding a tiny crying baby in her arms, witnessing her happy tears gave me the strength to take care of my little sister. My little sister’s existence not only taught me how to be caring and selfless to my family, but it also sparked the compassion in me to care for others…

My hero is my mom. My mom is a person who has many responsibilities, but is always willing to give her time to help others. She always understands what I am going through. She knows what’s it like being a fifteen year old and going through high school. She is always there for me when I need help with homework or advice on how to do a presentation or studying for a final. She tells me what are the best things to do and the bad things not to do about relationships, friendships, and in school. “Everyone in this world makes mistakes, no one’s perfect, but if you put in the effort to try and do your best, that’s all that counts.” This is the quote my mom told me once and told me to always remember it because it is something that will help me with life. My mom has given a lot of…

When I was about six years old, my mom went into a psychic’s shop. My mother was afraid of nothing, but having never been to one, you could tell she was nervous. The lady was older, she had a kind face and a kind smile. She read my moms palms and talked about the recent stress my mother was under, as it does fall on a newly single mother. When it came to my mother's children, she told her 4 futures, one for each of my sibling and myself. One would become a lawyer, one stay home and would start a family, one would travel far from home, and one would be famous. This was a topic of argument in our family and we still can't decide who is who. I only knew one thing in my life: I had to be the one to travel far away.…
