Personal Narrative: Monetary Extrinsic Rewards
Thank you, sir, I appreciate your comments. Honestly Delroy, I always believe in this motto, if you pay me to complete a job, I will give it my full commitment; regardless of the celebration. Not to say I despise extrinsic rewards or public celebration, because I appreciate being thanked; however, I’m more of an intrinsic type of guy. In my earlier working years, it was all about monetary extrinsic rewards, I could care less about certificates, but a mature Asfa, has changed.

Yes, Bank of America does a great job celebrating their associates, I give them credit. During the first couple months of my daughter’s birth, I used my rewards and recognition points to purchase NUMEROUS items for her. The UPS driver asked, “who’s the lucky one receiving

    In chapter 12, the key event to me was when Claudia and Finn talked to each other through the keys. I felt many emotions when reading their interaction one of them being happy. I felt happy when they talked to each other because it was a turning point in the story in my opinion. I also felt surprised because at first, I thought by having two keys, there would be a lock that would need both keys to hear and speak to each other.
