Personal Narrative: American Horror Story Maze
I am very excited today is the day when my tickets arrive. I won four of them in a radio contest and I am so happy they have come it has only been two weeks since I called in lucky me. My tickets are for American Horror Story maze universal in Florida, after we pack we have to leave this morning and the tickets are for tomorrow. First my guests and I went to the store and bought a lot of drinks and snacks but it can get really hot in Florida so we packed summer clothes and a few sweatshirts just in case.

We started the long drive my cousin Lilly did because none of us could drive but her. I brought Erica, Lilly, and Alex.

“I hope we don’t forget anything”, said Erica

“I was hoping that we would have a great time’ ,said Alex, “ Or it will be

We got in there and my heart was racing really fast and I was really scared. It was really fun and I could not believe we were actually there it felt like a dream I never wanted to wake up from. I saw so much cool stuff there were all of the people from seasons one through five I was so happy like this is my favorite series ever. The maze was like a haunted corn maze the people are allowed to scare you there were so many people playing twisty the clown and I loved the feeling of being scared.

Alex said, “ This is the best thing ever I can’t wait to go again!”

“I know I am so happy to come here”, stated I, “This is only the first time they have been open.”
When we got to the end the cast trying to scare you met with you and we took pictures with them. Although they were not the real cast from the series I still had a great time. There was a gift shop next to the maze and we all bought shirts and American Horror merchandise.

My fun night ended with us leaving the crowded parking lot ,eating dinner, and then driving back to the hotel. We packed our stuff and heading to bed. We need a lot of rest for the long drive back

We woke up on October 2nd at 5am and walked to school with all our gear, our tent, sleeping bags, clothes for the trip and all the other utilities we managed to fit in our backpacks. Once we arrived at school, we got into our designated cars and our journey began. Our first stop was a trucker stop where we enjoyed a delicious, finger-licking breakfast. Our second stop, was my favorite stop. It was the ghost town of Ransburg and it was everything you would think a ghost town to be old, empty, and spooky. We…

My expectations for the exhibit were low. I expected something creepy and horrific. My first impression seemed to verify these concerns--the waiting area with rainbow-reflecting lights, the dim and maze-like rooms with the walls all black, the first room of pale fetuses floating in jars of liquid. That first display was eerie, and a little disturbing, as were all the other displays at the exhibit, but at the same time, it was fascinating.…

To begin with, we visited the CP24 news station which I found to be the most fascinating rooms on the tour. CP24 is a specialty news channel that reports national, international and local news from the GTA in up to the minute speed as it happens around the World. To get an idea of how they deliver this information to millions of people was truly riveting. What impressed me the most about it was how the actual set operated. There was various stations that all worked together to make the show operate. For example, one lady had the job of reporting instant news as it came in, so all she had to do was stand up and deliver the news. What surprised me was how small the actual room they were recording from. They had three small backdrops that they could switch back and forth from, that gives the impression that it was being filmed in different places.…
