“LET’S GO BOYS!!!! LET’S WIN THIS!!! BEAT THESE RAVENS!!!!!!” The crowd was screaming and chanting wildly as we began to run out of the locker rooms and onto the large football field. I lead them, raising my arms up and down to signal the crowd to get louder with their cheers. As I did this, I was also sprinting to the middle of the field through the large slit that was cut for my eyes. I turned back to the crowd in the stands, and the players ran around me, with smiles of their faces, to get to their positions and the bench. I started to jump and raise my arms, “ FROGGY!!! FROGGY!!! FROGGY!!!” They all chanted my name in union, some of them even had signs and horns! A large smile crept onto my face behind my large mascot mask, and I couldn’t…

Although I have lived in Ohio for the past ten years and have been molded by the experiences I have had in the small town of Mount Vernon, I can still fondly remember everything about where I was born and raised. I was born on May 29th, 1998 in the small town of Irving, Texas. Growing up in Texas gave me a concept of how big this world truly is, with the seemingly endless drives to visit family members across state or the incomprehensible size of the Dallas skyline. Visiting my aunts in Texas and living with my grandmother during the first months of my living in Ohio taught me valuable life lessons and morals that I carry with me to this day.…

It was a crisp cold fall day at Lambeau field. I could see everything that was happening the whole entire time. The field was as green as a tree in the middle of Summer. The cold wind was whistling in my ear. The smell the hot dogs, burgers, and turf from the field filled my nose as the game begin. All I could hear were people cheering on the Packers and the jumbotron blaring, “Go pack go!” I could see the running back Eddie Lacy drive the ball into the end zone and everyone went wild. A mix people cheering and screaming filled my ears. After the opposing team returned the ball everyone started cheering, “Defense, defense, defense!” The watched the ball get intercepted and run down the field for another touchdown! The crowd roared and I got…

After a long, weary day of work on a Sunday, I always look forward to entering the sports room of the house. Upon leaving work, I rush to my comfortable home. Due to the air conditioner being on all the time , I open the door and feel a cool breeze. I get under the warm , cozy covers and look at the patterns of navy blue and white colors on the wall reminding me of the ocean tides at sunset. Since I like the temperature in the sports room being on a low setting, I also like to drink a cold, refreshing soda. When I turn on my seventy-inch flat screen television, I always change the channel to Sunday Night Football. Watching the Dallas Cowboys is a priority for me on Sunday nights. The thrill of my favorite National American Football team scoring…

One summer night, my friend called me and told me that the fair was in town for the weekend. She thought it would be a great idea for us to meet up with some other friends and go to check it out. So we met up at the parking lot of the fair ground and walked in together. My friends never knew that I was afraid of heights, so I was hoping that we would just walk around and leave. We walked up to the booth to purchase some tickets and proceeded inside. So we walked around for about 10 minutes just browsing until we approached this one ride that caught my friends’ attention. We all looked at each other and screamed, “Let ride!” I hesitated and told them I rather sit this one out. My friends assured me that I had nothing to worry about and that nothing was going to happen. They continued to literally beg until I finally gave in. We waited in line until the ride stopped for the next group to get on. As I was standing in line, my heart was pounding and I began to sweat. As I stepped onto the ride and strapped myself in, I knew there was no turning back. As I felt the ride began to go back and forth, I quickly closed my eyes and took a deep breath. As the ride began to go higher and faster, I began to scream! All of a sudden I felt the ride stop. I then opened my eyes and saw that I was upside down and there was a very long drop. The ride began to go in complete circle until it stopped. After the ride stopped, I decided that I wanted to go for one more ride.…

“Wooooshhhhh!!!” At blast off, California Screamin, took us through twists and turns, with an upside down loop. People were screaming their lungs out when the steel roller coaster soared into the air like a rocket. The terrifying speed made my toes curl and the strong wind pushed my head against the rubber black seat. I cried bloody murder on the coaster as it fell plumb down almost touching the ground. All too soon, it was over. After I got off of the thrill ride, I found my haggard look with disheveled hair through a snapshot picture. This is simply too awful to contemplate.…

On a special day like a birthday you want to be with your friends and family, the closest ones who you want to share your joy with. That day always was special to me, because we always went somewhere. I was crying whenever someone called me to congratulate, all I wanted was for them to be with me and give me a hug. I was preparing myself for a day full of boredom when I received a text message form my father. He said “Happy birthday my dearest. Go into my room now”. I went inside, and on top of some new cloths for me there was a note saying “Get dressed, and come out”. I was so excited, it took me 5 minutes to tie my shoes. My father was waiting for me in the car outside. He was just smiling, and didn’t want to tell me where were going, only that it will take about two hours to get there. After a not so long and pleasant trip we arrived in front of a huge amusement park. Everything was shiny and glowing and there were a lot of people with their The park’s mascot called Euromaus was welcoming at the entrance dealing candy. We bought all-inclusive tickets and stepped in. Everything was shiny and glowing and there were a lot of people with their children. The park was divided into sixteen areas named after European countries. But the thing dominating park were rollercoasters spread all around the park, and high above it. I was excited and scared but decided to go on a ride on the least scary one, just to break the ice. It was the most fun that I had in my life. My heart pumped so hard, I couldn’t stop smiling. Then I went directly to the main rollercoaster, the longest, and the scariest one. It has a highest point of 73 meters. The approach is slow, so you can see the whole panorama of the park. People look so small from above. At the tip the trains stops for a couple of seconds, in order to prepare us…
