Mark Young is the leader of the painting division in a big hospital. He is in charge of 20 union employees and they report to him. The hospital wanted to change the painting division. Before he start managing the division Mark did an analysis, and found that the services were unreasonable and inefficient. Subsequently, Mark rearrange the section totally, he changed the normal standers of performance and brought a new scheduling procedure.
