On 8/20/17, I was dispatched to 1451 PORTOFINO PT apt #301, Oviedo, Seminole County, in reference to a sexual battery. Upon arrival I spoke with Ashton Wellborn (victim), who reported that she was rape by an unknown white male.

Ashton reported that she and some of her friends went downtown Orlando for some drink, and ran into the unknown male (suspect). Ashton reported that she met him at Saddle and he began to flirting with her. Ashton reported that they had mutual interest for each other, so she wasn't alarmed. While they were talking the suspect asked to go back home to her place, so Ashton called an Uber from her phone.
