Waterless mobile car wash Proposal
Nowadays there are a lot of opportunities to start a business. However, the most challenging part is choosing a target sector. After a profound research of the market some potential segments for entry have been chosen by the members of our group. One of them is chemical industry where potential consumer demand is very high. Moreover, the demand is mostly price inelastic and rising with the population growth. So, this is beneficial segment for entry. The best start is to enter the market with huge potential, such as Almaty city. Obviously, there are a lot of traditional car wash stations in Almaty, and it would be difficult to start a totally new type of car wash business in such a highly competitive market. After the analysis we have found out that car wash industry in Almaty is still underdeveloped and has high potential to make profit. It is quite new area of car wash and is trying to compete with automatic and traditional car washes by offering convenient service for its customers. Rather than relying on roadside promotions or natural traffic patterns to drive car wash business, our business can create its own revenue opportunities by traveling to meet the customer. So there will be only one office located in Almaty, however the service will be provided to customers in places they want. Waterless mobile car wash is a new development in the field of chemistry and cosmetics. Its essence is that the washing does not require liquid water, and it uses a special cleaner chemical agent. It is made from natural raw materials and contains no dyes. After application this cleaning liquid forms a protective layer on the paintwork of the vehicle, which has anti-corrosion properties and effect of "antirain" and reduces the adhesion of the new mud. We are going to offer a waterless mobile car wash

Supply chain management is the coordination of the processes and functions within a business, adopted by most companies in the UK in the late 1990’s. It deals with the internal and external factors that, when dealt with correctly and systematically, can determine a businesses success or failure. A supply chain is the network of activities that delivers a finished product service to the customer. By definition, supply chain management (SCM) is “the management of the flows of materials from suppliers to customers in order to reduce overall cost and increase responsiveness to the customers” (Reid & Sanders). SCM entails the co-ordination of the movement of good through the supply chain from suppliers to manufacturers to distributors to the final customer. The main aim of SCM is to maximise the efficiency of any given process being carried out by a company; by doing this it is allowing them to try to cut their costs and hopefully keep satisfying their customers’ needs, while at the same time maintaining their competitive position within their market. Supply chain management is seen as more of an “open system” in contrast to the traditional system used by the majority of companies just 20 years ago. The new “open system” allows room for change which is greatly needed with the current financial instability of the economy.…

Operations management is an area of business concerned with the production of goods and services, and involves the responsibility of ensuring that business operations are efficient in terms of using as little resource as needed, and effective in terms of meeting customer requirements.[1] It is concerned with managing the process that converts inputs (in the forms of materials, labour and energy) into outputs (in the form of goods and services).Operations traditionally refers to the production of goods and services separately, although the distinction between these two main types of operations is increasingly difficult to make as manufacturers tend to merge product and service offerings. More generally, Operations Management aims to increase the content of value-added activities in any given process. Fundamentally, these value-adding creative activities should be aligned with market opportunity for optimal enterprise performance. According to the U.S. Department of Education, Operations Management is the field concerned with managing and directing the physical and/or technical functions of a firm or organization, particularly those relating to development, production, and manufacturing. Operations Management programs typically include]instruction in principles of general management, manufacturing and production systems, plant management,…
