Dear Lennie, I cans see how you wouldn’t have a hard time taking on the emotions of others. You seem to be a person that really knows what they like and don’t like. You also seem to know yourself very well. I totally agree with you on coping strategies. I think faith is a great way to get centered and relieve stress.
