Nursing is an incredible career, my greatest hope in life has been about helping people find comfort and self-value, and the nursing profession is one area that holds these core values. I have been through different career path including computer hardware technician, economics and a master’s of business administration but I feel that becoming a nurse would bring me closer to helping people directly than the previously mentioned. My motivation to become a nurse stances from my ambition of helping and caring for people and I believe becoming a nurse will fulfill my ambition. The nursing profession comes with several responsibilities including perseverance, expectation, trustworthiness, consistency, dedication and for the most part developing a caring relationship with patients, and I am prepare to uphold these responsibilities

and my job has been to transform negative behaviors into positive one and for the last five years it has been a success. I have worked with people of all ages with different disabilities including physical, learning and mental disabilities. I currently work with children and adolescent in a residential facility, and each of those individuals have different disabilities, but over the years I have worked to improve the abilities of those I work with and it has been a successful.
The healthcare field has exposed my abilities to care for others. I work with children and adolescents with some of the most difficult behavior issues as we know today, but I have been able to worked effectively and have always put smiles on their faces. I enjoy working with people especially those who need the most help and that is why I have changed so many lives and have realizes that this is what I am good at and have find it fulfilling, and that is one of the reasons why I have choosing nursing as a career path.
