Caring in the nursing profession is often thought as treating individuals or community for health and wellness. Overall, caring allows nurses to show empathy towards the patient, which develops a strong connection to the patient. Communication gives more interaction across the life span of an induvial. Which proper data is collected and shared with other disciplines of the healthcare system (South University, 2017).
