INSTANT NOODLES
Did you ever eat instant noodles?. It is cheap, delicious, easy to get, and available in various flavours, and also it is very familiar for Asian people. In urban lifestyle which is people has little time to do something, they usually choose this food to eat, and they serve noodle as a main course. But did you ever know that instant noodles contain dangerous chemicals for its main ingredient which are causing serious diseases such as obesity, colorectal cancer, and also brain disorder?.
The main ingredients to make instant noodles is flour. Flour contains many carbohydrate. Actually, it is not only noodle but also rice has many carbohydrate. But the carbohydrate which they have are in different kind. Carbohydrate which is contained by rice gives a satisfied effect quickly. But carbohydrate which is contains by instant noodles make body feel hungry quickly. Then, people want to eat more to make their body get satisfied. This is why noodles can cause obesity.
Instant noodles also contain high sodium inside. Sodium derived from salt (NaCl) and its baking powder. In this case sodium tripplyphosphare is usually used as baking powder. A high sodium will make flank do secretion by release many acid. A high acid can edore the stomach wall. If it happen for several times, it can cause colorectal cancer.
Last, instant noodles contain high saturated fat. This kind of fat will effect to brain’s neurotransmitter. It also effect to hormone and blood circulation to brain. People who consume noodles excessively will be potentially suffer from mental disorder such as alzheimer, depression, and stroke.
In conclusion, flour, sodium, and saturated fat, are the most dangerous chemicals which will give bad effect to our health. And they are contained by instant noodles. So, little things that can we do to prevent our health from these dangerous chemicals are, not to eat this food
