Everybody loves going on vacation, especially going to the beach. Dennis Wilson of the Beach Boys said, “On the beach, you can live in bliss.” There are many beaches all over the world that people enjoy going to for different reasons; however, Nhatrang Beach in Vietnam is a vibrant beach where we can enjoy our vacations at any time of day. As the sun rises, shines, and sets over Nhatrang Beach, it transforms the atmosphere of this magical place. As dawn appears on Nhatrang Beach, the sun rises upon the vast ocean like an egg yolk. The long shore line of the beach is full of sunshine, and the warm rays of the sun sparkle like millions of diamonds on the surface of the sea. Pure cool air blows from every direction in our faces. It makes us feel alert in the beautiful early morning. We can feel the fine, white sand wet and soft under our feet. The waves are slow and calm, rolling out and in to the shore, and as white as our grandmas’ hair. The water is extremely fresh and as clear as the blue sky. On a long, small street next to the beach, people are exercising. Their voices mix together with the sound of motorcycles. The beach city is gradually awakening. A new and vivid day on Nhatrang Beach has gently begun. At noon on Nhatrang Beach, the sun hangs in a cloudless, blue sky like a red-orange ball of fire in the distance. At this time, the atmosphere of Nhatrang Beach is more exciting than in the morning. We can hear the wind blowing through the palm trees and birds singing in the trees near the beach walkway. The ocean is whispering to the sunny shore by continually rolling the waves. Not too far from the water’s edge, tourists are sunbathing. While they are trying to absorb as much sunlight as possible on their skin, the brisk wind is coming off the waves, cool and briny, mixed together with the smell of many different kinds of sun creams. Everyone lying on the beach seems very comfortable and at peace. Far out on the beach...
