Narrative Essay: Racial Profiling
I wearily walk home from a long day along the beaten concrete sidewalk dressed in sweat soaked modest rags for clothing
I then hear the sirens of local police racing closer towards me.

I was, almost instantly, surrounded by blinding lights of red and blue the police officers holding nightsticks forced me down to the ground
I was being arrested for stealing something that did not belong to me.

Blurred to court for sentencing after losing my defense sent to a camp where the only colors you see is brown and orange the other children dug into their punishment of dirt and sand and stared at the dug pit every day.

This quote show that cops pull people because they see black skin. A lot of times when a person is found innocent the government do not give them anything to make up for the time that was lost, but instead they throw them back into the world with nothing but confusion.…
