Workplace diversity trainers often mention that there are more similarities among employees than there are differences; however, despite the many common attributes employees share, there still exist cultural differences.
The following examples were created by representatives of the March 2000 Alumni Conference in Tokyo in order to give you some idea about the things that may happen from the cultural differences.

Roosevelt Thomas on Redefining Diversity, broadens the general knowledge of diversity within the workplace and our everyday lives.
