My Accounting Career Essay

Perfect to the Penny, in the world of accounting you must be. When I do would month end bank reconciliation and there was a .03 cent difference, I would have to find it. My boss would say “Don’t worry about it. I couldn’t rest until all accounts were balanced to the penny. I am not a perfectionist or a mathematician. But, I do get satisfaction from a job done right. I never choose to be an Accountant; I fell into it with my first job and found I was good at it. I also like the fact that many people find it hard to do and need my help.

I have been paid well doing accounting and now wish to go further with my career and be my own boss. A CPA can make a lot more money, the job market is expanding with international trade and with power of internet I can work from home.

The Accounting market is rising.

The need for CPA’s.

Accountants and auditors who have earned professional recognition, especially as a Certified Public Accountants (CPA), should have the best prospects. To take the test and acquire my CPA certification I must have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

The accountants should record and report on accounting transactions from a neutral perspective. Professional accountants in business are an important critical mass in the global accountaricy profession. Their responses often mention rules such as tax agents and independent auditors.
