The goal of a manager is to get a gig or a top hit. The manager has to coordinate all aspects of the project, work with organizations, and the people involved with them. While also understanding what your client wants as well. If they are unsigned you must produce as much work as possible to get them noticed. Marketing executives need to understand basic marketing principles and research techniques in order to meet their sales targets. Marketers need excellent skills in oral and written communication, negotiation, budgeting, project management, team building, and strategic management.
