Mock Case Interview Paper
During the mock client interview, Mr. Lyer did not add a lot of factual information to his case. He stated that he had been drinking all day starting when he woke up. He stated that he did not realize that he had hit someone until he saw the arm through his windshield. Believed that doing drugs and drinking with Ms.Frisky was a condition of employment. He also stated that it was blackmail. Mr.Lyer had a previous arrest for aggravated assault. That arrest also involved alcohol. He stated that he has a valid driver’s license. But contradicted himself saying he has driven with an expired license. He also mentioned other arrests for driving under the influence and an arrest that was associated with illegal drugs. He contradicted himself multiple times saying that he did and did not get a breathalyzer. He also contradicted himself when saying he does not drink a lot in a normal day.
In my personal opinion, this client is indecisive on what role he had in the crash. To start he believes he is the victim but as the interview progresses he states that he knows he drank a lot that day. I believe he wants everyone to believe that the partying and illegal drugs that were supplied by Ms. Frisky; were

It was my first time interviewing like this and I believe that I kept a good amount of control of the interview. Of course like with everything else in life there is room for improvement. I wish that I could’ve asked more questions. I think that I did not ask as many questions as I had wanted to because I lacked a little bit of confidence. I think that my confidence will grow the more times I interview mock clients. Watching other classmates have a difficult time with responses made me feel that I would have the same problem. I believe the questions I did ask where answered completely. I do not think I had as much trouble as others. I would’ve liked to have known more about the client before we

Interviewing him will assist with figuring out how the DWI court runs in turn figuring out how the Drug Court will run. These courts are run in the same manor: one is set up for alcoholics and one drug offenders. “While Canadian DTCs vary in their policies and treatment practices, the goal of DTCs is to stop drug dependent individuals from using drugs, thereby reducing recidivism and increasing public safety. Consequently, participants are to become, and remain, abstinent from drugs and alcohol and re-establish themselves as productive, non-crime committing citizens” (Lyons 2013, p.416). Before interviewing anyone, there needs to be a standard for all interviews so they are conducted in a proper manor.…

This assignment really allowed me to examine those around me and their varying beliefs about creation. I was shocked to discover that people so close to me actually believe in evolution and the big bang theory. I consider it a privilege to have opened up this door to conversation with people I never even considered. The course has prepared me to apologetically defend and explain the creation account and the gospel. Please be in prayer with me as the Lord wants to use me to speak truth to my neighbor. Through the course of this paper I will detail the answers of my interviewees from a survey with many vital framework questions concerning origin. For the survey I interviewed my mother, father, and next door neighbor.…

I interviewed Becky Hendrix, Executive Director for Professional Care Services. I recently had the honor of interviewing someone in our community who has had more than twenty years of leadership experience in our community. The interview ended up taking much longer than I expected because I was so influenced by what she had to say, I did not want to miss anything. Mrs. Becky Hendrix started her career as a CPA back in the 80 's for the World Color Press. Her leadership abilities were quickly realized, and she was promoted to head CPA. From there she moved on to the Professional Care Service where she remained for fifteen years serving as a CPA, and finally working her way up to the Executive Director. Becky was in charge of over 187 employees. My conversation with Becky took a direction that I did not expect. She attributes her success to the leadership traits that she has learned over the years, and quoted many of the very ideas and theories almost verbatim from our class lecture. That was an incredible experience to witness firsthand how these traits become behaviors and practices.…
