Living with a Big Family Unit: The Best
In many countries today, people in cities either live alone or in small family units, rather than in large, extended family groups. Is this a positive or negative trend?
-孤单 -不安全 +环境安静

It is a popular tendency that a large number of people prefer to live without companying or live with a small family group. However, a part of people still believe that it is better to live in a large family. From my own viewpoint, living with a big family unit is the best.

In the first, no matter where we are, safety will be the first factor that we have to consider. It is the opposite side for people to live safely if a person choose to live alone. What we all know is that the strength of a person is not as big as that of many people. Imagine that once a person meet an emergency that he or she really needs help, but there is no one who can give a hand. Whereas it will happen if the person lives with in a big family part. In this case, it is easily to see that how important to live with a group of people.

What i will prove next is that the loneliness will be easier to feel if a person just lives with himself than that lives in a large group. When a person chooses to live alone, what he meets every day is the empty room which contains just the furniture and himself. It may be true that the television is the only one which can be a company. With time goes by, it is easy to lose the sociability for a person, even he will be attacked by autism. I do believe no one wants to be the one who has to suffer from this disease.

However, it is also convincing that there will be a quiet environment for a person to live in while living alone. For some people, a beautiful environment is one of the most important reasons which should be considered when they are choosing. Undeniably, it brings not only a comfortable place to rest, but necessary personal room to protect himself. This cannot be provided if a person lives with a group people. Most importantly, there are a small part of

Although, having an arrangement of a family unit depletes the chance of having broken families like no divorce or no unwanted children. On the contrary, family units do not experience romantic or familial love. People do not fall in love and marry. The adults do not love each other. The family units only exist to raise those two children. Since family units do not really experience these strong emotions; the families are not bonding and feeling these emotions other than just…

Humans are social creatures by design, but that does not mean that they do not desire alone time now and then. However, such a claim generates the question of why? Why does solitude seem to matter so much? The question may be answered through either sesquipedalian scientific reports or through observers of human nature, also known as authors. One such author would be Kate Chopin, who expresses through The Awakening and “Story of an Hour” that isolation or separation from society offers a glimpse of true freedom. That in of itself would be due to the feeling of independence from others, while also leading to better development within the growth of the person.…

After reading “Are Traditional Families better than Nontraditional Families”, I would agree that families are the fundamental units of society. “Alone, they feel partial, incomplete. When together, they feel whole” (Carlson & Mero, 2013, p155). In life, no matter what people say, we need someone there to catch us when we fall. Having family structure gives our life a sense of strength and being, when days are tough turning to your loved ones makes things better. In life, there are people worth thousands of dollars, but when they die who’s there to collect the assets? Without family who’s going to carry on your legacy, that’s why it’s important to have a strong family base. For me family is your blood line, people who accept your flaws and all, and love you…

What is a family? The meaning of family has changed throughout history. It means something different to many people. According to the U.S. Census Bureau: “A family includes a householder and one or more people living in the same household who are related to the householder by birth, marriage, or adoption. All people in a household who are related to the householder are regarded as members of his or her family. A family household may contain people not related to the householder, but those people are not included as part of the householder’s family. Thus, the number of family households is equal to the number of families, but family households may include more members than do families. Not all households contain families since a household may comprise a group of unrelated people or one person living alone” (Bronson). Society has undergone dramatic social, demographic, and economic changes in this century that have deeply affected youth and their families. Years ago, families went out together, ate all of their meals together, and generally bonded through most everything that they did. Families are supposed to be a source of love, protection, and identity for their members. They are supposed to be the backbone of communities. Today, the role of family is much less meaningful. Families spend little time together, family dinners are rare, and the bonding ways of families in the past seem almost nonexistent. What used to be healthy family life has practically been eroded down to nothing. The role of family is deteriorating over time. There are many possible causes of this. I believe that a few of these causes have contributed to this deterioration more so than others.…

When we consider the differences between the two options, we have to recognize the fact that in the case of the house, there is ownership of the land, whereas in the case of the apartment, the ownership is not of the land which is shared among the many, but instead the ownership is only of the apartment. In the case of apartments there are certain areas that are shared among the inhabitants, such as car parks, staircases, lifts and sometimes balconies and rooftop gardens. Whereas in the case of the individual house, these facilities are not shared by other neighbours. As such, there is greater privacy, in the case of the individual house. When it comes to enjoying good music or parties with friends, the greater privacy that is afforded to those living in their individual houses, allows them greater freedom to make their own decisions on these matters. Those living in apartments on the other hand, do need to be cautious as to how their…

Now days we rarely see joint family. But I believe that Joint family have more advantages than nuclear family.Basically we have to understand what a joint family means, our father says, his siblings and their families living together can be considered a joint family. In joint families all the family members sit together and discuss their own promblems with the family members. In nuclear families there are only the parents and the children. The advantage is that you can spends more time with your children and you become a person of your own will. And the disadvantage is that you do not have the guidance or the experience of the elders to help us in the difficult times. In joint family if any one person in the house is facing any kind of problem, all the people will come together to help him and will try to find the solution for that problem and will solve it. While in nuclear family we have to solve it own and no one is there to help us. Joint family is definitely a boon always. We learn so many things which help a person to build up his personality In the current scenario, both the couples have to work to run a family in that case, if there is some elder to take care of the kids at home, then the parents could work without much of stress.…
