This story is important because this shows you to be aware of your surroundings. This has to do with me because I play soccer and this tells me to be ready for anything. This has to do with geography because wrecks happen all over the world and not all things or people are perfect in fact none of us are.
If this was my last day in the world I would have thought that this guy should stay in prison for 10 years and no driving for 5 years, only allowing him to ride a bike or the

A little over a year ago I was a senior in high school, leaving school with the weekend ahead of me, ready to unwind, and enjoy the night with my friends. On my trip home my mother called me and asked if I could go out of my way to pick my sister up from school; reluctantly, I tell her that I will. Before that call my friends and I had established that I would be driving us to the senior class tailgate before the football game that night. Wanting to get to the tailgate faster, I begin to force my foot on the gas pedal a little more, without thinking about the consequences of my risk. Suddenly, I look back in my rear view mirror and see the dreaded red, blue, and white lights flashing. I look down at my speedometer and realize…

The film was narrated by Steve Wozniak, co-developer of the Apple computer. The movie took off with Steve Jobs talking in a melodramatic way to the audience, it seems but as the angle of the scene shifts, it was shown that he was actually talking to a director and that they were currently in the middle of shooting a commercial which is for the Apple Computer. The scene then changes showing Steve Jobs talking about some sort of alliance formed between Apple Computer and Microsoft with Bill Gates in the screen (details of this scene was showed later on in the film). Then the film featured a flashback on the younger days of Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak where they are shown to be caught up in a riot between students and police officers and running in the opposite direction of the tide of people. The movie then proceeds to narrate the events that led to the development of the first Apple computer. The film also features the nerd character of Bill Gates who was then a nobody and even got ignored by Steve Jobs in a computer expo. The story then narrates how competition flared between the two leading companies and how they strived to outwit each other and finally, concluding in the scene where Steve Jobs and Bill Gates announced that they are good together.…

The story “Where Are You Going, Where Have You Been?” is an exciting story. I would explain it as a car crash; people want to turn away but they keep looking. No one ever wants to hear a story about a young girl being kid napped or raped but when people do see it in the news they want to know all the details and that’s kind of how I felt reading the story. I felt that it was exciting because I didn’t see what was coming next; I thought the story would have been about a daughter and her problems with her mother but it turned out to be about a lot more.…

On-the-job training (OJT) is a form of training taking place in a normal working situation.On-the-job training, sometimes called direct instruction, is one of the earliest forms of training (observational learning is probably the earliest). It is a one-on-one training located at the job site, where someone who knows how to do a task shows another how to perform it. In antiquity, the kind of work that people did was mainly unskilled or semiskilled work that did not require specialized knowledge. Parents or other community members, who knew how to do a job necessary for survival, passed their knowledge on to the children through direct instruction.OJT is still widely in use today. In fact, it is probably the most popular method of training because it requires only a person who knows how to do the task, and the tools the person uses to do the task. It may not be the most effective or the most efficient method at times, but it is normally the easiest to arrange and manage. Because the training takes place on the job, it can be highly realistic and no transfer of learning is required. It is often inexpensive because no special equipment is needed other than what is normally used on the job. The other side is that OJT takes the trainer and materials out of production for the duration of the training time. In addition, due to safety or other production factors, it is prohibitive in some environments.…

On the 9th of February, I visited the Ayala Museum with the company of my mother and a friend, in the hopes that I could see some extraordinary things from our country’s (and as well as some parts of Asia’s) past – things that we do not see inside the classroom. To get this show on the road, I think it would be best to begin by saying that I was not at all disappointed.…

“No man is an island” --- an almost clichéd saying everyone knows. I can’t completely say I’m an island, I can’t say I’m not either. It usually depends upon the situations raised by life’s unique design. I was brought up by my parents to be a respectful, justice-wise, humble person. But in every person’s lives lies the process of making one’s own personality.…

Diosdado Macapagal was born on September 28, 1910, in Lubao, Pampanga, the second of four children in a poor family.[1] His father, Urbano Macapagal, was a poet who wrote in the local Pampangan language, and his mother, Romana Pangan Macapagal, was a schoolteacher who taught catechism.[2] He is a distant descendant of Don Juan Macapagal, a prince of Tondo, who was a great-grandson of the last reigning Rajah of Selurong, Rajah Lakandula.[3] The family earned extra income by raising pigs and accommodating boarders in their home.[2] Due to his roots in poverty, Macapagal would later become affectionately known as the "Poor boy from Lubao".[4] Diosdado Macapagal was also a reputed poet in the Spanish language although his poet work was eclipsed by his political biography.…
