Middle School Teacher Research Paper
Middle school teachers teach students various educational subjects in public and private school setting within the level of junior high that take place between elementary and high school. Before each school day, middle school educators must plan ahead and prepare for instruction and activities in order for their students to be engaged to learn new material. After work, they also put in amount of time grading and testing in and out of school.
Middle School teachers must have the required or most recommended set of knowledge, skills, abilities, and other useful assets. The most essential of the KSAO for this profession is education and training because it is crucial for all educators to know the procedures and principles for curriculum and training. It is also crucial for teachers to know instruction for all individuals. The most frequent KSAO for the profession is instructing and active listening in order for educators to fully engage with their students to educate and prepare them for higher education. Henceforth, this profession has various required essential KSAOs, but there are some in particular that are rarely used or trained for this job.

Middle school teachers are lacking to know the different human behaviors and performance of their students. To emphasize, all students have differences in learning abilities, motivation, and personality from special education to gifted education. Middle school teachers are constantly assessing different students in order to know their educational strengths and weaknesses. This particular knowledge of psychology is stressed for not only teachers assessing students learning abnormalities, but to reveal the student’s learning abnormalities to the parents who would often deny that their children has a learning disability.
