Medical Leave Reflection
It was called to my attention to do a reflection of a Family Medical Leave Act proposal to be submitted into Blackboard. Upon reviewing the critique of the performance on my individual research proposal and earning a total of 129 points out of 150 points I need to purpose a game plan. I will reflect on how I can improve my overall performance by answering the following questions:
How Successful and What Would You Do Differently to Find Credible Resources?

In order for me to be successful in finding credible resources for the Team Analytical Report, I need to make sure that it is a valid source. My source needs to measure up what for what it is needed for; it needs to be accurate and precise; and make sure it addresses my targeted audience.

I need to make sure that I use concise and accurate information that will help transition my information to the next part of my document. With this being said, I need to make sure that I read what I am typing and make adjustment as necessary by incorporating more depth and explain it thoroughly so there is no misunderstanding in what I am trying to point out.

How Successful Were You in Creating a Strong Professional Voice Free From Typing Errors? What Improvements Can Be made for the Team Analytical Report?

I was not very successful in creating a strong professional voice free from typing, grammar, punctuation, etc. as I had a tendency to be too wordy along with a few typos. I need to work on upon my conclusions and make my audience aware of the importance of my points being made in the analytical report. I will use my resources such as Turnitin.com, the Pocket Style Manual and Purdue Owl to help me comply with the correct citations so that I do not unintentionally plagiarize our team project to become a more proficient team player. In conclusion, my success in writing a great analytical report with the team players assigned to my group, I need to comply with using stronger topics and follow through with good conclusions, stressing my importance of my key points, and using my resources efficiently and
