Abortion is an eight-letter word that is determined by one’s self and not the public. No child asked to be in this world and they shouldn’t have to pay the ultimate punishment for their parent’s mistake. It’s no excuse as to why abortion should be okay, its plenty women in this world that want children but can’t bare them. Like my mawmaw always said, “You laid down and made that baby, so you’re going to stand up and raise it”.
Abortions can mess with your body not only physically but mentally as well. Women will have to go through life with that on their conscience. No one knows how to prepare themselves for the outcome after an abortion until they go through one. You wouldn’t be around to do the great things that you’ve been called to do. No child asked to be conceived and brought into this world so the means of having a child should be taken care of when called to do so. Life of a child begins once the child is conceived. Abortion should be known as murder because as a parent they’re taking a life of someone who has no choice. Abortion is the killing of a human being, which goes against the word of God. Throughout the abortion process the fetus feels pain depending on how far along the mother is. The fetus is pulled from the mother’s uterus limb from limb with tools. Whatever is left of the baby is vacuumed out. Most women don’t understand the consequences that abortions can have on their bodies currently or in the future. Abortion also causes future health issues such as not being able to have kids in the future or having a hard time having a baby in the future. It is also possible for a women to die due to an abortion. Conceptions rose by nearly 30 percent, but births actually fell by 6 percent, indicating that many women were using abortion as a method of birth

It is hard to find a single definition for the word “abortion.” Dictionary.com states that an abortion is also called voluntary abortion and it is the removal of an embryo or fetus from the uterus in order to end a pregnancy. However, google states that an abortion is defined as the deliberate termination of a human pregnancy, most often performed during the first twenty-eight weeks of pregnancy. On the contrary, Merriam Webster defines an abortion as a medical procedure used to end a pregnancy and cause the death of the fetus. Just reading these definitions begin the argument of whether or not abortion should be legal and if it is “morally” right. Abortion has become a popular topic of discussion across politics and within churches. Although both sides have valid arguments, it is up to the woman carrying the child to decide whether she will keep the child or not. No government, nor religion should force someone into making a decision they weren’t fully supportive of.…

A study published in a recent edition of the “Journal of Anxiety Disorders” found that women who aborted their unintended pregnancies were thirty percent more likely to report all the symptoms of generalized anxiety disorder than those women who had carried their unintended pregnancies to full-term. Abortion can also hinder future reproductive success. It substantially increases the risk of subsequent preterm birth, which seriously threatens the lives and health of newborn children. The risk of premature delivery increases with each additional abortion. Abortion is also associated with an increased risk of infertility, miscarriage, and ectopic…

Many willing families would love and cherish the child and provide and keep the child safe. In 1973 before abortion was legalized again nine percent of babies were up for adoption. Since Wade v Roe the number has decreased drastically to one percent today. Going through with an abortion takes away the child rights of having a family. The child will never know what it is like to have to make a choice or laugh with friends or cry tears of joy. Having an abortion takes away every opportunity that child had. We shouldn’t try to stop abortion just because we think it is wrong, but we should do it for the child because the only thing he will know and feel is pain from our world. Instead of feeling the joy and happiness he or she deserves to take part…
