Against Abortion Persuasive Essay
If we are permissible with a mother killing it’s baby, then is murder acceptable? Every year 18,000 innocent babies’ lives are ended. A way an obstetrician kills the undefiled baby is by injecting digoxin, that causes a heart attack which leads to death. The government should outlaw late term abortions because it is generally wrong, it opposes religion, and lastly individuals are killing defenseless babies.
Late term abortion is overall erroneous. Killing unborn children is assault and murder. Donald trump states ”But it’s not okay with me, because based on what she is saying and based on where she’s going and where she’s been, you can take the baby and rip the baby out of the womb, in the ninth month, on the final day.” This shows how unspeakable abortion is.In the last trimester of the pregnancy the baby already has a fully developed heart and brain. Also fetuses have

For example, people come to the setting of rape. However, the sinless baby has no fault in the father’s evil actions. The unborn child has no say when being constructed. So consensual or not a guiltless baby should not be convicted and punished.
If the mother does not abort the baby due to a medical issue. Does it mean her life is coming to an end? It is not the mother’s fault that she obtained such an unfortunate situation. It is such a hard decision to pick life or death between oneself or another life. However, the outcome of a mother having a medical issue does not always lead to death. Also the mother should of had in mind all the consequences that come with producing the future baby.
In conclusion, abortion is a horrendous action that should not be legal. For numerous of invalid excuses. A innocent baby should not take the liability of the mother’s horrid decision. Abortion goes against god's plan and his creation. Lastly, when terminating a blameless fetus their whole life just ended by the mothers self-centered

The Women's Rights Movement, which began in 1848 and ended only in 1998, has entitled the women of our society to various rights. Among these, was the right to have control over their body. Considering this, many would point out that terminating a pregnancy is done so within the rights of the woman, and is therefore completely acceptable. If a baby is not a 'baby' at all, but merely a part of its mother's body, surely it is her choice whether it should live or die!…

Due to boldily autonomy and the clear distinction between a fetus and a rational, self-aware person, abortion is morally permissible practically whenever the mother chooses it, given it is done humanely. Most people would agree that in cases where the woman did not choose pregnancy, like rape, abortion should be morally permissible due to bodily autonomy and the immorality of asking someone to undergo psychological and physical trauma due to something beyond their control. This is supported by the Famous Violinist argument which explains that women, especially those who are pregnant due to rape, are not morally obligated to endure this immense sacrifice, even if it would be nice to do so (Singer, 1975, p.113-114). Whilst Thomson’s argument has fallen under criticism based on utilitarianism, these arguments are countered by Singer’s deconstruction of the Conservative Argument and its flawed perception that human life is inherently special, which demonstrates the moral permissibility of most abortions. The Conservative Argument’s premise that a fetus is an innocent human can mean two things: either the fetus is a person that has self-awareness and rational thought or a fetus is a member of the human species (Singer, 1975, p.117).…

After about nine months of seasickness and cravings, women have the power to bring life into this Earth. When women are not in the position to give birth during the late stage of their pregnancy, they usually have only two possible outcomes. In these cases, the decision should depend on what the family and the mother find best. The government should not intervene and choose for the mother as they most likely will not know the best option for the two. As the female population progresses and receives additional rights that will lead to equality, they are still restrained from making a choice for their own child that does not require assistance from authority on the sensitive convoluted topic. The fact that a late term abortion is required implies…

According to statistics provided by Guttmacher institute, “there were approximately 1.05 million abortions in the United States in 2012 alone” (Abortion Counters 4). To many, that might be just a number and it does not necessarily mean anything, but lets just take some time to think about how tremendously that number actually is. The image of 1.05 million lifeless, innocent premature babies is horrific, and many do not realize how sick and wrong it is. That number is more than just a statistic but it is the amount of lives that were ended way to early. As someone who stands for pro-life, aborting a baby is not something that should be an option so easily for women. Women nor anybody else should have the authority to end a child’s life prematurely.…

Abortion goes against any idea of the sanctity of human ways. It ends up taking away an innocent child’s life; someone that never got the chance to experience the beautiful ways of the world. No civilized society permits one human to intentionally harm or take the life of another human without punishment, and abortion is no different.…

Abortion is murder, and there is no other way to classify it. The author considers that at the very moment of conception, a human life has formed. If this life is ended, for any reason at the direction of another human being, it is wrongful killing of an “innocent… [and]…weak…unborn child…” which could never be justified. Pope John Paul II does not relieve anyone’s responsibility either. All who participate, encourage, and allow the facilitation of abortions are at fault and could be held accountable for murder. Although he uses somewhat of a slippery slope argument here, he makes good use of ethical theories throughout the paper to strengthen his arguments.…

It is hard to find a single definition for the word “abortion.” Dictionary.com states that an abortion is also called voluntary abortion and it is the removal of an embryo or fetus from the uterus in order to end a pregnancy. However, google states that an abortion is defined as the deliberate termination of a human pregnancy, most often performed during the first twenty-eight weeks of pregnancy. On the contrary, Merriam Webster defines an abortion as a medical procedure used to end a pregnancy and cause the death of the fetus. Just reading these definitions begin the argument of whether or not abortion should be legal and if it is “morally” right. Abortion has become a popular topic of discussion across politics and within churches. Although both sides have valid arguments, it is up to the woman carrying the child to decide whether she will keep the child or not. No government, nor religion should force someone into making a decision they weren’t fully supportive of.…

Most people do not know what it feels like to struggle to keep a child and care for it. Abortion: Why It Is Wrong

One reason why abortion is wrong is because there are many other safer solutions. In the article, Why Do More People Choose Abortion Over Adoption?, Kristi Burton Brown stated: “In the USA, there are approximately two million infertile couples waiting to adopt, many times regardless of the child’s medical problems such as Down Syndrome, Spina Bifida, HIV infection or terminally ill. Dr. Brad Imler, President of America’s Pregnancy Helpline, confirms the challenge of waiting couples by stating: Only 1% of the Helpline’s annual 40,000 clients inquires about adoption.” Putting him/her up for adoption will give them a better chance at a happier life rather than abortion. The solution for a baby should not be death. If it was for a selfish solution, you're sacrificing a life many other families would love to raise as their own.…
