Our target market is in the small cities, such as Commerce, Cooper, Paris, and Sulphur Springs where life is very peaceful, but somehow offers boring life style to the people living with this kind of life for a long time. It will need approximately 8,000 square feet for our gym. Since most of them are retired they have plenty of free time every day. The target population of the Continental Senior Center is the seniors in the community over the age of 60 that have poverty-level incomes. The senior population over the next five years will continue to increase about 1% a year therefore, the problems faced by the community will continue if programs are not put into place to assist the seniors.
