There are a few marketing elements that can bring richness to the business which is competitive advantages, brand loyalty and brand positioning.

The first marketing elements that brings richness to the business are competitive advantages. It enables a business organization to thrive. Competitive advantages is the objectives of strategy and it is the combination of elements in the business model which allow a business to better satisfy the needs in its environment, earning economic rents in the process. Other than that, competitive advantages helps the business to sustained capacity as to gain, develop and maintain a profitable market share by offering superior value to the customer through either unique benefits that offset a higher price

Brand loyalty is a result of consumer behavior that affected by a person’s preferences. A loyal customer will purchase the products consistently from their preferred brands, regard of the price. In terms of advertising, it allow the customer to recognize their brand even they just saw and heard the brand name once. The customer will wish to try when they get to know the brand’s name. When the customer loves the product and brand, they will continue to buy and consume without taking a glance toward other products. Brand positioning is arranging for a product to engage a clear, characteristic and desirable place relative to competing products in the minds of target consumers. A good positioning strategy increases the marketing efforts and helps a consumer move from knowledge of a product or service to its purchase. Advertisements are often become the first places businesses position themselves. For example, a pizzeria must determine who they are targeting and what consumer need are being met. If the intended target is young people, what type of pizza should they promote? If the pizzeria wants to attract young people and try to position the brand in their mind through advertisement, the first consideration of platform to advertise their product must be very close to the young people preferences.
