SECTION A | You are required to answer QUESTION 1, this question is COMPULSORY. Question 1 (100 marks) Discuss the use of FOUR motivation techniques used in your industry and explain how these techniques relate to motivation theories studied in the module.

SECTION B |

You are required to answer ONE question from Section B. Question 2 (100 marks) Write a full explanation of the concept of ‘leadership’. Discuss the effectiveness of TWO leadership styles that are used in your industry.
