Discuss the use of FOUR motivation techniques used in your industry and explain how these techniques relate to motivation theories studied in the module.

You are required to answer ONE question from Section B.

Write a full explanation of the concept of ‘leadership’. Discuss the effectiveness of TWO leadership styles that are used in your industry.

Discuss how employees’ ‘individual differences’ contribute to effective group work in your industry.
