Lululemon: Pay-For-Performance
 Lululemon ran a programme known as pay- for –performance. Lululemon pay their manager 20% as commission upon their performance (like managing sales, labour and expenses).
 The motive behind this program was to promote entrepreneurial spirit that has made Lululemon what they are today by managing day to day expenses and raising company’s sales.
 Lululemon pay 80% as base pay to their store managers. In addition, if all this metrics were met mangers get opportunity to earn and exceptional bonus above sales targets which keeps managers active to take part in business with full power.
