According to the children, there is a lot of inappropriately touching that the mother's husband (Lorenzo) would do to them. He would touch their breast (he have not gone under their shirts) when the mother is in the bedroom, and he would do it in the pretense of hugging; they would fight his off. Lorenzo has been out of the home for a month due to a job, and it was unknown when he would return. An incident occurred two weeks prior to him leaving the home. The children did not tell their mother because they felt like she would not listen.
