Lorenzo's Argumentative Essay
Her brothers tackle her in this way that makes her character somewhat suspicions. They take advantage of her ignorance. She awakes miserably at the night and “brood[s] o’er the luxury alone” (236), yet the description of the pain of Lorenzo’s absence as “luxury,” in spite of its greedy suggestions, changes the concept towards her. But Isabella is deeply changed by the event of losing Lorenzo, beyond her overdramatic luxury and she begins to live out between life and death (Heinzelman, 1988, p. 29). Keats describes the reality that Lorenzo is murdered by her own brothers:

    Despite the conflicting public opinion, Chris McCandless succeeded in his goal to survive in the wilderness and taught the world valuable lessons in the process.
