Critical thinking is the core intellectual activity that involves learning to recognise or develop an argument, use evidence in support of that argument, draw reasoned conclusions, and use information to solve problems. Examples of these skills are interpreting, analysing, evaluating, explaining, sequencing, reasoning, comparing, questioning, inferring, hypothesising, appraising, testing and generalising. Creative thinking involves learning to generate and apply new concepts in specific contexts, seeing existing situations in a new way, recognize alternative explanation, and seeing or making new links that generate a positive outcome. Concept formation is the mental activity that helps us compare, contrast and classify ideas, objects, and events. You have to organize elements. Dispositions such as inquisitiveness, reasonableness, intellectual flexibility, open- and fair-mindedness, this is to try new ways of doing things and consider alternatives, and persistence, enhanced by critical and creative thinking. You need to be fair minded and know what you need to say clearly to get good grades. To get my L's I need to drive out of the needed criteria and possibly get more experience that way. To get the RAAF Dog Handler job I need to have a connection with the dogs to be able to have a dog do the right stuff. If I work at Australia Zoo depending on job, I need to think about what the animals would need on a daily basis or come up with new ideas for them. To be able to live in America I have to think outside the box as it is a different place to Australia. Being there before has let me think about what places are good to live at. I need to work out how much money I would need to get over and

Critical thinking involves a persons ability to reason in order to support their belief. To begin the critical thinking process one must acknowledge the problem at hand, find information on the problem; research, examine the problem closely, apply moral principles, decide the best ethical choice and be able to support the claim, then go back over the process on how one came to their conclusion and lastly reflect on their decision. I have learned that the critical thinking skills process is a buiding block, each step builds onto the other to come to a ethical solution at the end.
