Linda Arndt Speech
On September 17, 1999 Linda Arndt interview with ABC news Tunnel on what exactly December 26, 1999, the day Jonbenet body was found. During her interview she uses a great amount of Kairos describing the timeline on that day. She uses a timeline from when she arrived at the Ramsey’s house from when Jonbenet was found. Another rhetorical appeal she used in her ethos is logos, because she talks about who she believes killed Jonbenet Ramsey and want to convince the world who she believes killed Jonbenet Ramsey and wants justice to be served. Linda Arndt has no doubt on her mind on who killed Jonbenet Ramsey and hopes everyone believes what she believes.
On December 26, 1996 a six-year-old little girl was brutally murdered in her own home. It

She also notices that the John and Patsy Ramsey aren’t as worried as they should be, but she’s learned that people act differently in bad situations, so she shows no judgement to them. While waiting for a call from the kidnappers Linda Arndt notices that John and Pat Ramsey are in separate rooms and while waiting, John is going through the mail. Linda Arndt makes a mental note of that. As time goes by, they still haven’t been a call from the kidnappers. While they’re at the house all of Ramsey friends and pastor wait in the house patiently hoping for a miracle to happen. When one o'clock came around Linda told John and his friends to check the house again, but not to touch anything; John went directly to the basement and find a chilling …show more content…
After finding JonBenet body, Linda told ABC, “I wore a shoulder holster tucking my gun right next to me and consciously counting, I’ve got 18 bullets. Because I didn’t know if we’d be alive when people showed up. I said everything made sense in that instance and I knew what happened” (ABC News Tunnel). After finding her body, she told John to go call 9-1-1. As they we’re waiting for an ambulance to arrive, Linda moved JonBenet body from the hallway to the living room. John told Linda to please cover her body and while he was saying it, he had already grabbed a blanket that was on the back of the chair and put it over JonBenet body. Linda told ABC, “JonBenet body was in and of itself a crime scene. Would it be nice if the John hadn’t found JonBenet, absolutely. And would it be nice if he hadn’t put a blanket, yeah, it would be great. It would be nice if there were other people to help control and keep people away that would have been wonderful, but that’s not the circumstances that I had available that day” (ABC News the

During an interview with Lester Holt, Burke Ramsey was acting very strangely. For example during the interview he stated,” I think she was taken very quietly.” I think Patsy Ramsey wrote the ransom note to shift the focus of the police investigation. Her father found her in the basement. She had a huge gaping hole in her head. Her blood stained her fuzzy clothes. The killer would have already known where the basement was because the house had a weird layout. In conclusion he had knowledge of or might be involved in JonBenet's murder. It's true that Burke wasn’t convicted of murder, but I still think he did it and that he should be in jail. I believe that there is enough evidence to prosecute the ramseys for the murder of their daughter JonBenet. I think the case should be reopened and investigated by a cold case unit. JonBenet deserves justice just like everyone else. They should not be able to get away with…

Although John Mark Karr falsely admitted to the murder of Jon Benet in 2006, the case is still unsolved. Recently on January 28, 2013, the Grand Jury has reason to believe that John Ramsey, since Patsy died in 2006 from cancer, should be indicted for the death of Jon Benet. They believe with new technology that they will be able to use the evidence already gathered to charge him with child abuse resulting in death. Believing otherwise, District Attorney, Alex Hunter, refuses to sign the Grand Jury’s decision saying there is a lack of proof to indict John Ramsey.…

The death of JonBenet Ramsey has been a mystery for so long. It is so weird that this little girl was found dead in the basement of their home and no one heard or saw a thing. Records say that JonBenet had a fractured skull, been molested and had been strangled with a chord. According to biography.com, the only evidence found was a ransom letter requesting $118,000 in which was written on some paper belonging to the Ramseys and the duct tape which had fibers from her mother’s clothing. When her body was found, the father should have not moved her. I do not understand why he would take her from the basement back upstairs after finding her; it just did not make any sense (biography.com).…

Still more than 20 years later Amber’s case still hasn’t been solved somehow. There has not been justice for Amber Hagerman yet. The strange part in the Jonbenet Ramsey case was there wasn’t any footsteps in the snow, so how could it be possible? Another odd part is the spider web in the basement window was still up, so if someone breaks in they wouldn’t be able to avoid it. The handwritten note is also strange because, their isn’t enough time to write the whole note in the house. Lastly, how could her Father find her right away in the first place he looked?…
