To be an effective pitcher there are several strategies that you could use to help with your own success as well as the teams’. Knowing what pitches you have at your disposable will determine how your approach each batter differently. So you ask yourself, am I able to locate my fastball? Is my off-speed pitch effective enough to keep the hitter guessing at the speed? A pitcher must take notice to how the hitter sets up at the plate. Depending on the count (balls and strikes) will determine the type of pitch I must throw and the ones I shouldn’t throw. Most importantly, don’t be predicable. Every pitch counts so every pitch must set up the next pitch. Meaning high pitch counts will get you out of the game almost as quick as pitching homerun balls.…

Do you like baseball? Well I do and I feel really strong about schools having baseball especially middle schools in the Kent school district. I mean middle schools have sports like football, soccer, basketball, wrestling, volleyball, dance, and cheer if you think that’s a sport. But what about baseball there are a lot of baseball players out there I’m sure of it. Nine people is all it takes to have a team that’s it nine people. If its injury’s parents are worried about the percent of getting hurt are really slim. If its cost the district is worried about this Kent school district has enough money for middle school and high school kids to have lap tops and also teachers. Coaches is not a problem either because if a teacher can teach any sport then they can teach baseball it’s not hard and it’s really simple. I’m personally a baseball player I am catcher I’m not going to lie but I have been hit and almost knocked out before multiple times it…

Growing up I played baseball to me baseball was everything i could think of. i couldn't wait to the weekend so i could put on that dirty uniform and pick up the new bat and nice leather glove and play baseball. When i was young i played in a big park in NYC where everyone saw you play so as i grew up everyone expected me to continue playing baseball and get better and work hard my mother always signed me up for baseball and i met a lot of coaches who help me gain more talent throughout the years. So as i grew up baseball started to be more and more of a priority to me i went to baseball practice two times a week one during the week and one on the weekend and with baseball practice i attended a baseball program which is twice a week meaning less and less time for homework and time to study. that being said i believe that time management and dealing with less and less sleep is the biggest problem with high school sports.…
