Only way to die would be by a disease , accident or by your own choice. You get a chance to see how much things change over time . An unlimited time to earn as much money as you want . Even to get a great education! You could be 25 when you get the " never aging " shot and stay 25 while you go to college , study to be someone big like a judge. That sounds great doesn't ?

But if we all did live forever, that mean we would have to control the use of resources. Because of that we would need to lower the birth rate or completely stop it. No more babies into this world means no more baby showers , which is one of the events we woman enjoy doing and attending. We would most likely get bored of life . Get bored of seeing the same people over , over , and over again. We would take life for granted, we wouldnt care what happens because in the end you will still live, unless of course you have a car accident, or get a contagious diseases.

Many people in our society view older adults as senile and weak. Some even treat them like children, and insist on making decisions for them as if their decision making abilities are totally lost. We tend to put a “caution” label on our elderly. In reality, senility only affects five percent of the population. According to Aesoph, some age related declines in mental functioning can be either prevented or reversed. In order to truly understand the life span perspectives we must first define developmental psychology, which is a field that falls under the topic of psychology that is centered on describing how individuals change and grow throughout the stages of their life. This field has also been noted to be one of the more popular fields to be studied. We, as humans, must first grasp the concept that before there can be an outcome there has to be a process or a beginning. We can always trace anything that exists back to a beginning, for people this beginning is birth and the developmental processes that follow are individual pieces of the life processes. Charles Darwin had a longing to understand just what evolution was and exactly how it worked; from this desire he drew the study of lifespan development. Adolescence and norms were first introduced to those in the field of science by way of a G. Stanley Hall publication (Boyd & Bee, 2006).Within this book these scholarly individuals could read about the first observational studies of children. Within this paper you will find the definition of lifespan development, a description of the many characteristics of the lifespan perspective, and the identifying factors of the human developmental domains and periods.…

The Postmortal starts with whispers that an anti-aging cure has been discovered. This is similar to the human capacity enhancement proposal speculated in chapter 3 of Dickenson’s bioethics. Also, we see similar proposal play out in the chapters of More and Vita-More’s Transhumanist Reader, where technology is speculated to be used to stop aging process, enhance human intelligent, capability and agility. More even goes a step further to propose ‘the Posthumanist’ – overcoming the limitations that describe the less desirable aspects of human condition – a life devoid of disease, aging and death. However, the Postmortal cure does not prevent someone from getting sick, diseases or even dying from accident, rather it merely stops the body from ageing. That means a 27 year old that gets the treatment will have the same body and physical appearance and fitness until the day they die. The United States government instantly prohibits it for three decades, providing them an ample opportunity to research it and comprehend the effects better.…

As a society we are constantly looking for magical cures for anything from deadly diseases to wrinkling from old age. There is something inside all of us that wants to prolong our youth and at the same time improve the overall quality of life. When it comes to the topic of super longevity, there are many different aspects of this certain belief. A question asked in class, was, if there was magic pill that would let you live until the age of 150, would you consume the pill? There are different philosophical questions that arise when the topic of immortality comes into play. Should people be taking this medicine? Does it mess with the natural order of life? I would assume that most people would want to take this medicine, assuming it stops your aging as well. Who would not want to live longer, more time with their love ones, and more time to experience life and the world. Many people can agree with me when I say that we use a lot of our money on old people. Us Americans work hard for that money and we are just giving it up to help support the elders across the nation through Social Security and Medicare. What do we get in return for this noble act? Nothing, we get to watch the old people soak up our money and not give us anything back. So, I created a simple solution to this problem. Once a person hits the age of 62, we just end their life and see them no more. That would end the complaining of young Americans who do not want to give their hard earned money to a bunch of old sacs who sit around and do nothing. Plus it would help the flow of the money and create a better economy.…
