Sportsmanship means to have fair behavior to other players or the opposing team. Of course sportsmanship should involve the encouragement to any other person on the team. Sportsmanship sometimes includes a gracious act when losing a game. Instead of complaint and saying negative things to a person on the other team they would say, "Good Job," or "Good Game."
