There is much controversy on the legalization of marijuana, but it should be nationwide. Marijuana should be legalized in all 50 states because of its medical effects, low harm compared to legal substances, and would allow the government more money.

Marijuana has also shown that patients taking medical marijuana needed less pain medication. This shows that it helps medically by reducing pain and helping the patient. It is reported that marijuana improved HIV patients food intake. This shows that marijuana is as a matter of fact the opposite of toxic, it helps. Clearly, marijuana is not toxic and does not cause cancer, it helps and is safe.
In summary, marijuana should be legalized.
