This is wrong because it is proven that there have been cases of cancer related to tobacco, but none have been found relating to marijuana. Marijuana does not cause cancer and has been proven not to. Marijuana has only been proven by studies to treat cancer and also help with the side effects of chemotherapy such as nausea. Marijuana is not toxic as it treats illnesses, one of them being HIV. Marijuana has also shown that patients taking medical marijuana needed less pain medication. This shows that it helps medically by reducing pain and helping the patient. It is reported that marijuana improved HIV patients food intake. This shows that marijuana is as a matter of fact the opposite of toxic, it helps. Clearly, marijuana is not toxic and does not cause cancer, it helps and is safe.
