Law Enforcement Officer Structure
Law enforcement agencies are molded after armed forces groups in relations of their physical activity and rank organization. Law enforcement officers share the connection of attendance at the law enforcement academy, wear class a or class b uniforms and are obligated to follow the instructions of those of greater rank. There are a small number of variations, almost all municipal law enforcement agency departments use alike rank structure. The highest rank is typically the law enforcement commissioner and/or chief of police, followed by team leader with is the (captain), the shift supervisor (lieutenant), sergeant, investigator or detective and police officer.
Every Law enforcement agency has a structure which summarizes Law enforcement agency Officer ranks. This arrangement shapes a sequence of command and it guarantees that there is an arrangement or hierarchy in order so that commanding judgements can be completed. This helps the Law enforcement agency handle several issues that may develop. The Law enforcement agency is an structure. Similar to any structure it must have a chief or leader, and subordinates to assist the leader and make certain that the law enforcement group accomplishes its responsibilities. A Law enforcement agency is not the identical because their job is not to make money, but to make sure the community is in safe hands.
