Kyrie 3 Advertisement Analysis
Advertisements are an excellent way for a company to highlight a new product that is being released to the public. The idea behind an advertisement is to reach a target audience for which to sell their product. These advertisements can catch the eyes of the consumer using multiple aspects. The advertisement for Kyrie Irving’s new shoe called the Kyrie 3’s is a great advertisement. The advertisement for the Kyrie 3’s catches the audience’s eyes with an attention-grabbing use of language and font. It also has eye-popping design, and an excellent character choice to really get the attention of consumers. Furthermore, the use of 2 pages to convey their message is an unusual way to get the reader’s attention. An attention grabber is something that a good advertisement must possess. Making the shoe large was an excellent idea because it helps individuals see the shoe in a full view and help them determine if they like the shoe or not. Also in this advertisement, they have Kyrie Irving doing a crossover move like if he were cutting to the basket. That choice was an excellent design choice because the sellers are putting a huge emphasis on the word cut. Emphasizing the word cut is great because readers may believe that purchasing these shoes will make their crossovers better and will also enhance their quickness when they are cutting. Also in the design, Kyrie is cutting the ball right through the word cut this also emphasizes the word cut and showing how quick and excellent a cutter Kyrie Irving is. Finally, placing Kyrie Irving next to the shoes forces the reader to put the player with the shoe almost saying, “If you want to be like Kyrie, wear his shoes and you can do your own moves
