In the book The Killing Sea by Richard Lewis Sarah and Peter have different point of views on pets. In the beginning,On page 27 “Let me get surf cat .” From the quote, the reader is told that Sarah has a different view on surf cat because Sarah doesn't like animals like Peter does and Sarah treats surf cat like when something happens Peter has to make sure that surf cat is safe and if he is not than Peter gets him and Sarah is all like who cares let go save mom. In the book,”Surf cat jumped from the foliage onto the sand dune.” Sarahs point of view on surf cat is that Sarah does not care what surf cat does when surf cat jumped all Sarah did was laugh, Peter loves th \at cat and would do anything to save her. On page 161 “Sarah stood still for a moment and then ran out of the tent.” First, Sarah came out of the tent Peter was asking is everything ok so that Sarah does not get hurt when she is out there all by herself. When Peter goes to check on Sarah she never does the same for Peter because they are siblings. On page 163 “Sarah caught his hand, folded his fingers into her own, it’s medicine,honest.” Next, Sarah never wants to share anything with Peter, but now all of a sudden she wants to be nice and share her medicine with Peter. In conclusion, In difficult times family comes first.Ruslan had a goal and it was to find his father and that was the path that he wanted to take. So, that is what Ruslan told Sarah so that she would understand Ruslan’s goal.
