STOCK MARKET INFORMATIVE SPEECH
Grab Readers Attention
1. Imagine turning a few clicks or a phone call into millions upon millions of dollars. Every day Billions of dollars are traded over the stock market, yet the majority of people still don’t know much about it.

Credibility: I personally invest my personal capital and maintain an online virtual portfolio. Yesterday, I closed a position with a $8,000 profit on my virtual account. Also, I am involved in a stock market competition with several IVY LEAGUES.

Transition, many people know about buying or selling stocks but they are misguided by several assumptions

People assume it’s like gambling, those people are wrong

1.In the stock market, there is virtually thousands of indicators weather a company will do well or not in gambling there’s one major factor, LUCK.

2. Stock market has amazing returns in the last 3 years; the S&P 500 was steadily increasing on an average of slightly over 18% per year.

3. To better put it, In a quote by Keown in his book “Turning Money into Wealth” he said “over time stocks will perform better than all other investments” and as it is clearly seen in the S&P example it is proven true.

Yes, its true there is risk involved but with proper research anyone can minimize his or her risk. Another thing people should be aware about, is where and how to trade stocks! Brokers aren’t used nearly as much as they once were.

1. The stock market sounds really appealing but learning where and how to do it is a pain
2. The most common way people trade and what I personally use is Thinkorswim by TD Ameritrade. The advantage of this platform is that it offers a fixed commission instead of a %. Also, the platform has ability to view charts with greatly helps most traders with Technical analysis which is looking at pattern
