Whereas, with JetBlue your pet(s) are considered as carry-ons and there is only a $100 fee for the kennel and your pet flies free. American Airlines has a cat and dog breed restriction when flying with your pet. Cat breeds that are not allowed on American Airlines are: Persain, Burmese, Exotic Shorthair and Himalayan.
