1. Introduction

Just Entertainment Group is an important force in the field of modern entertainment publishing that aims at providing quality in every respect. This mission is firmly sustained by a compact team of experts with the drive to always go the extra mile. The organization is in the business of selling DVDs (movies and TV series) directly or indirectly to consumers. Besides Just Entertainment Group is a movie film distributor and investor. Recently a new activity has been added to these activities namely 'Just Formats' a business unit where Just Entertainment Group will create its own content. Just Entertainment Group's main focus is currently mainly on the Dutch, Belgian and German markets. Although the company has its roots in these markets a number of major influences urge the transformation to a more internationally oriented company in order to secure the revenue and profit grows and thereby its existence in the long run. One of the activities of Just Entertainment is manufacturing and selling licensed DVDs, board- and card games. The suppliers are either based in Europe, China and India. Producing in Asia gives a cost advantage where European productions result in a more flexible and speedier supply. Depending on the market needs they evaluate where production should take place. CSR or shared value motives are not yet involved as sound arguments in the decision making process. As far as environmental issues and labor rights are concerned European manufacturers are bounded by more stricter laws whereas in Asia these
