Introduction
An inventory system is a process or procedure where the total amount of goods and materials contained in a store or factory at any given time. The inventory system is updated each time you sell an item or use raw materials to create a product, so you know what you have available for the following day or week.

The word "inventory" can refer to both the total amount of goods and the act of counting them. Many companies take an inventory of their supplies or a regular basis in order to avoid running out of best seller items. This type of system also allows you to order products in advance, so you have everything you need at all times . Shortage a average after an inventory as indicate a problem with thefta inaccurate accounting practices. The purpose of an inventory

system is to keep track of what you can easily satisfy the needs of your costumer when they contact you to buy you products.
