Introduction to the Term Paper on "Internal Environment"
SUMMARY
Relevance of the subject. The environment of an organization — is a set of active subjects and forces with which the firm interacts to some extent. The internal environment of a firm will be examined in this work because the internal environment is an important factor of successful development of firm, especially in the conditions of the market relations.
The purpose of this term paper is researching, studying of basic elements of the internal environment and their influence on results of economic activity of a firm.
In compliance with the purpose the following tasks were set:
– To study concepts and features of the internal environment of a firm and its factors;
– To research and analyze of the internal environment of a firm;
– To formulate prospects of improvement of elements of the internal environment of a firm;
– To analyze the internal environment of a firm and to prove its influence on results of economic activity of a firm.
The object of research of the term paper is the firm (the enterprise, the organization).
The subject of research is the analysis of influence of the internal environment on economic activity of firm.
The structure of work is created according to the purpose and tasks of a term paper. In the first section the concept and essence of the internal environment of firm is considered. In the second section factors of the internal environment, their characteristic, and also interrelation are investigated. In the third section the analysis of the internal environment of the organization is carried out. In the fourth section improvement of elements of the internal environment of firm is formulated. In the fifth section influence of the internal environment of firm on results of economic activity is investigated. The conclusion contains the main conclusions on the conducted research.
