Before entering in Malaysia market, Simmo Ice Cream have to discover the market trends and sources of future market growth in Malaysia for ice cream industry. There are varieties of ice cream products in Malaysia such as Walls, Nestle, Baskin Robbin and Haagen-Dazs. The cultural environment is one of the critical components of the international business environment. Companies need to understand what type of beliefs and values they may find in countries where they do the business. Culture consists of social structure, language and religion.
