Strabag SEIn this part we are going to show a complete overview of the company and its background, beginning with the general overview, the history and following an insight into the company with the financial performance, strategy and internationalization process as well as a SWOT analysis.
Company OverviewThe company Strabag SE is now one of the leading construction companies in Europe. In 2011 Strabag was able to generate a turnover of EUR 14.3 billion with nearly 77,000 employees. The headquarters is located in Vienna, Austria and from there all activities are managed. Especially a good control of the Eastern European market is possible when operating from Vienna. Aside the German and Austrian core market the company is present in all countries in Eastern and South-Eastern Europe, Russia, some selected Western countries and in particular projects on other continents. The provided services can be divided into three different segments.
