Informative Speech On Coronary Disease
Good morning Mrs Dupree and class today I will be making you all more aware on coronary heart disease.
What is it ?
Heart disease is a range of conditions that affect your heart, the term heart disease is often used with the term cardiovascular disease which refers to conditions that are involved in the narrowing of the blood vessels which can then lead to a heart attack. There are many different forms of heart disease which come in the form of heart conditions such as ones that affect your valves,rhythm or heart muscle. Heart disease is a preventable disease if a healthy life style is in place.

Sweating nausea and weakness or dizziness causes heart disease begins due to damage to the lining and inner layers of the coronary heart arteries this is due to many different factors such as smoking which includes second hand smoke.
High amounts of certain fats and cholesterol in the blood high amounts of sugar in the blood.
And a lack of excercise how can you treat this disease ?
The biggest treatment that should be used is a lifestyle change where a person takes there daily routine,diet and exercise routine in place and makes healthier decisions for themselves and there bodies. Other treatment include medicines and medical procedures a Healthy Diet plays a very large role in preventing heart disease, choose foods with little sodium as to much salt increases your risk for high blood pressure, try to avoid sugary drinks and limit the amount of solid fats and refined grains that you eat. Reducing your alcohol intake can also drastically reduce your chances of getting heart disease
Control your portion size eat more fruits and vegetables as they are a good source of vitamins and minerals select whole grains as they are a good source of fibre and play a role in regulating blood
