INDIVIDUAL REFLECTIVE REPORT
This Individual report exemplifies my experiences of functioning as a team member for a marketing report. We had made a team of six members. Our main aim in report was to present a marketing plan and stratagem to re-launch an artifact which is presently being sold in UK restaurant. Basically our team had lots of negotiations about what kind of product is to be chosen. After huge discussing and accepting all team members’ views and opinions, we chose Sony BRAVIA LCD as our final product. Being As a team member I had allocated the role of conducting the primary research for the product and also to maintain my team members prearranged correspond and collect everybody’s thoughts and systematize team meetings. I would like to elucidate my group understanding for preparing the marketing plan, among the time course I erudite many key skills and experience of marketing which was very supportive in completion of report. We started reading and applied all the basics which we have learnt and referred slides of particular lecture to fully understand it. At the start of the report, the group forming took some time to be fully structured. Forming of a well organized and established group took several days and few important meetings to make a decision for the group and be pioneered to each other. After group forming we had to shape out the responsibilities that had to be passed out for successfully achievement of the marketing group project. Subsequently we divided each chore amongst the group members. Though the group forming stage had taken a time but remaining stages gone so quickly. The norming process was quite excellent as we had started to be eloquent and had communicated in better way as the strong team and consequently we started to perform so quickly.
