Feedback: If two people or groups cooperate, they work together in order to achieve a result that is good for both of them. Communication is really important in cooperating with others. There are different kinds of people in the society and whenever we came to a discussion in a group, there must be different opinions among. I’ve learnt the importance to listen and accept others’ different point of views and to control my emotion feelings. This is really applicable to my work.

The Story of Duffy and Shelliemay-The Disney Bear:
One day, Mickey Mouse was getting ready to set sail on a long sea voyage, Minnie Mouse made him a special teddy bear to take with him so he would never be loney. Minnie presented her hand sewn bear to Mickey in a duffel bay. Mickey loved the bear and named him Duffy.
As Mickey and Duffy sailed on their journey, they visited all sorts of exciting places and made new friends along the way. At the end of their travels, they sailed back home for a wonderful reunion with Minnie.
Mickey and Duffy shared their magical memories and photos with Minnie, who was thrilled that Duffy was such a great friend and companion for Mickey.
After the voyage, Minnie made a friend for Duffy as Duffy has wrote a message “Be my friend!” in a bottle and set it adrift in the ocean. That was a sweet little girl called Shelliemay.

The first thing we think about when we think of Disney, is Mickey Mouse. In 1928, “Steamboat Willie” was Mickey’s biggest appearance. Mickey Rooney and Disney’s wife, Lillian, both take tribute to Mickey’s name. At first it was Mortimer, but Lillian thought it was too stuck up. Rooney thought it was him because he met Disney shortly before the creation of the mouse. Mickey Mouse is the biggest thing in entertainment all around the world, especially America. People vote for him in some local elections and he was the top most common person to be voted for in November 2014. Cohort Donald Duck is right under Mickey. In 1987, Georgia made a law to where people can not vote for Mickey and Wisconsin is too soon (Ulster). That just says how much people love him; they love him enough to vote for him.…

Walt Disney had been awarded an Oscar for the creation of Mickey. Surprisingly enough the cartoon character played a big role in history not only because he was the first film animation with sound effects and music but because he was used as a patriot during the second world war. He made an appearance on posters for security and war bonds. There is even rumor that his name was used as a password used by senior officers in the Allied…

Save Me, Mickey From all of the 27 chapters in the book “Funny in Farsi”, my favorite chapter was the fourth chapter, Save Me, Mickey. The reason why this chapter is my favorite is because when I went any place during my age of five to seven, I effortlessly got lost. When I find out my parents weren’t with me, I begin to shed tears and wail for them. But according to what Firoozeh had written in her book, she seemed much calmer than I was when she was lost. As I read this book, I wanted to be like her when I was young. It seemed embarrassing to think about right now when I took action on only worrying. The author, Firoozeh Dumas, uses her humor to tell her story by using lack of humor. For example, when Firoozeh’s father had entered boiling for money. He came back, only with $7. This maybe a little funny, but my guess is that not many people would like it. A connection to my own life about moving to a new country was when I had finished 1st grade in Good Shepherd Catholic School, Beverly Hills, California. It was during summer vacation and my parents were thinking to move to another school because my school was turning expensive, barely gave education, and served only fast food for lunch. My parents decided to go back to South Korea and I was sent to SIS on 2nd grade. I was unable to have friends while I was in SIS. But after a few weeks pasted, I finally began to know more people and have some friends. After two years pasted, I went to visit Good Shepherd Catholic School during my summer vacation to see my three best friends, Angela, Sarah Ivy, and Sabrina. When I met Sarah Ivy, she was glad to see me and she took me to Sabrina, where she played with another friend I didn’t know. Sabrina didn’t greet or say anything to me nor she was available to meet me, so I was only aloud to see Sarah Ivy and Angela. I felt it was my parents’ fault for taking me to South Korea and leaving California. But because I was young, I was not old enough to understand that friends will…

When we think Disneyland, we think the happiest place on earth. For those who think this is an exaggeration, let me shed some light on why this place is magical for me. Disneyland to me means family traditions with a heart full of happiness and love. When you first enter Disneyland, you are overcome with a vast amount of emotions. I get a nervous feeling deep inside my gut. The excitement overwhelms me, knowing that in just a few small steps, I will see the castle at the end of Main Street. The smell of churros are in the air. The crowds are filled with children and parents. You can hear children’s laughter and excitement. And if you look closely, you can see Mickey and friends in the corner signing autographs and taking pictures. I close my…

A huge Mickey’s Fun Wheel jumped out at me right when I walked into the California Park. The colorful flowers set alongside a beautiful lagoon. The clip-clop of horse drawn carriages brought people back to carefree days. And of course, I never forget the biggest reason for going to Disneyland – the rides. There was a number of eye-catching moments here- some featuring otherworldly creatures, and white knuckle thrill rides through the clear sky.…

A century ago who would have believed a small little, rodent creature would be the icon of not just a multi-billion dollar company but also a symbol of innocence, youth, and, happiness. The icon of course is none other than Mickey Mouse, a character that has hundreds of different meanings to millions of different people. But the Mickey the public knows today is not the same cartoon mouse that audiences knew when he made his first public appearance in 1928. Rather throughout the eight decades he’s been around, Mickey Mouse has evolved and grown, just as the public has. Where Mickey was once a mischievous, abrasive, adventurer over the years he’s transformed into a cheerful, calm, educational tool. But the question lately has been whether Mickey Mouse is still a relevant figure in a fast paced, high-tech world full of video games and action films. Where exactly does the eighty-three year-old Mickey Mouse fit in with newer icons such as Super Mario and Spongebob Squarepants? Disney hopes to answer this question by rebranding the aging character to once again become an important character in the upcoming decade of the teens. By going back to the essential qualities of humor, heart, mischief, and adventure that once made up Mickey Mouse, Disney can rediscover a character that is truly timeless.…
