Being physically fit means to be able to carry out a task, health, having strength in your body, well-being, body composition, resist disease, ect. Being physically fit is crucial in order to have a healthy life. Therefore, I will encourage my son to be physically fit by letting him play football. According to the video “The Importance of Fitness in Football” Rodriquez states “Football today is a fast-paced, high-energy sport. And regardless of what stage you are at in your career, you will need to engage in a fitness programme that helps you achieve the stamina and strength required for the rigours of the modern day football game.” This is significant because it shows football is a very active sport for all ages, and has different fitness programs. Therefore, my son will be encouraged to be physically fit which will give him healthy life.
In conclusion, there is always going to be a negative. Some will argue football is dangerous, say my son can get injured or a concussion, but I still stand behind my claim because he can get injured or a concussion by just walking down the street or riding his bike. I could be here all day talking about what ifs’, but that will not change anything. What ifs’ can happen anywhere that does mean I’m going to live in fear of something happening to my son. I will not limit him from doing something that can lead him to success, such as football that is why I would let my son play
